Job description: Clients should define Qualifications & Experiences required for each category.
Place of work in detail: Location, site project, area, nature of job should be described in detail so that candidates could be briefed prior to recruitment.
Air ticket: Is the air ticket provided for joining the employment? Are air tickets provided to candidates traveling on annual leave?
Food: Are meals provided? If meals are not provided, is there meal allowance? If not. are there any facilities for self-cooking?
Accommodation: Please describe in detail the facilities provided for accommodation, If accommodation is not provided, is there an allowance?
Medical Facilities: Are Medical Facilities provided free by the company by arranging a medical card’? If not, does the company pay them medical allowance?

To be able to obtain the Approval letter from the Department of Foreign Employment (DOPE), Government of Bangladesh, the following documents are, in principle, required for government formalities and procedures.
Demand Letter: Addressed to authorizing MP Travels Ltd. (RL No.-1128) Dhaka. Bangladesh mentioning the number of workers required in each categories with salary, duty hour, food, accommodation & other benefits to workers.
Power of Attorney: Addressed to authorizing MP Travels Ltd. (RL No.-1128) Dhaka Bangladesh to be true and lawful attorney and agent of Bangladesh.
Inter Party Agreement: One copy each signed and sealed by Employer and Recruiting agency.
Employment Contract: One copy each signed and sealed by the Employer & Employee.
Guarantee Letter: Signed and stamped copy by the Employer Company should mention that employees will not to be deployed to other countries for work purpose.
Pre Labour Approval After receiving the authorized Demand Letter from the respective company, the document are presented for pre-labour approval. The Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) analyses the documents and approve for further processing.
Advertisement The Demand Letter which is pre-approved from Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) is published in National daily/weekly newspaper for collecting documents. MP Travels Limited. Uses different tools like Internet, SMS, telephone etc. in order to inform and collect documents. The documents are either collected through direct candidate or through Public Relations Officers.
Candidate Screening/Interview We search from the up to date data bank of potential candidates with full information on their skill and education, technical knowhow and experience as per the employer criterion. MP Travels Limited. Shall make the short list of the candidates for pre-interview. During pre-interview, the short listed candidates are given priority on merit basis giving opportunity to all. The final interview for the short listed candidates will be conducted by the employer himself or his representative by taking an oral, written and practical test. If the employer or his representative is not available then we arrange for telephone or Skype live interview.

Medical Check-up Only selected candidates will be send for full medical examination to the medical center authorized by Government of Bangladesh .The candidates who are physically and mentally fit are eligible to sign the employment contract and he/she should be entitled for further visa procedures.
Visa Processing We send all the necessary documents as per requirements for further visa processing like passport copies, photographs, medical reports, experience certificates etc. to the employer.
Orientation after receiving the job offer or employment visa. It helps to create awareness and make cordial relation between employer and employee. Besides, we give full information about the company, workplace, job descriptions etc. before flight.
Final Labour Approval All the necessary documents like original passport, visa copy (original if not issued online), medical report, orientation certificate, insurance policy are submitted in Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) for final approval and immigration clearance. The Bureau of Manpower Employment and Training (BMET) analyse the documents and provide final approval.
Travel Arrangement As soon as visa endorsed passport or paper visa are received, we give tickets booking to our Travel Agency or directly to concern airline to confirm seats to the nearest airport of origin country. After the flight confirmation we send flight details to our employer requesting them for airport pick-up and hostel arrangement.
