We review our up-to-date database to identify potential candidates based on their qualifications, skills, and experience according to employer requirements. Final interviews are conducted by the employer or their representative and may include oral, written, and practical tests.

Shortlisted candidates are sent for a full medical examination at government-authorized medical centers. Only those deemed physically and mentally fit are eligible to sign the employment contract and proceed to the next step.
